1. What information do we collect? §

Personal information you provide

We collect information you provide when you create an account, choose a plan, submit prompts/files to our AI features, contact support, or participate in surveys/promotions. This may include your name, email, credentials, plan details, payment-related details handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers), and the content you submit (prompts, files, images, video, transcripts, feedback).

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, general location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring/exit pages, timestamps, feature usage, error logs, and identifiers (e.g., cookies or similar technologies). We use this for security, operation, and analytics.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from integrations you connect (e.g., storage or social login), marketing partners, and publicly available sources, as permitted by law.

Sensitive data

We do not seek to collect “special”/“sensitive” categories of data (e.g., health, biometric templates, precise geolocation). Please do not submit such data.

2. How do we process your information? §

In short: to operate and secure the Services, provide AI functionality, improve quality, communicate with you, and comply with law.

  • Provide & maintain. Create/manage accounts, deliver features, troubleshoot, support.
  • AI operations (Corino, Gemini, Veo). To generate outputs, your inputs/attachments and related metadata may be processed by our own Corino models and, where enabled, third-party AI providers (e.g., Google’s Gemini for text and Veo for video).
  • Quality & safety. Aggregate/de-identified analytics to improve models, detect abuse/fraud, and enhance safety.
  • Communications/marketing. Service emails (receipts, changes). With consent where required, product updates/offers/surveys.
  • Compliance/legal. Enforce terms, protect rights, respond to lawful requests, and comply with laws.

Legal bases (if applicable): contract necessity, legitimate interests (e.g., security, improvement), consent (e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and/or legal obligation.

3. When & with whom do we share? §

AI providers. To fulfill AI features, inputs/outputs and related technical data may be processed by third parties such as Google Gemini (text) and Veo (video). We use safeguards like encryption in transit and request that providers do not use your data to train publicly available models. Their independent privacy terms may also apply.

Hosting & infra. Cloud hosting, storage, CDNs.

Analytics. Privacy-respecting analytics to understand performance and usage.

Payments. Payment processor handles transactions; we don’t store full card details.

Business transfers, legal & safety, affiliates/partners. As needed for transactions, compliance, and joint offerings.

4. Cookies & tracking §

We use essential cookies (security, session, preferences) and, with consent where required, analytics/functional cookies. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Some cookies are essential and disabling them can break the site. If we publish a detailed Cookie Notice, it will be available at /cookies.

5. Social logins §

If you sign in with a social provider, we receive profile information allowed by that provider (e.g., name, email, avatar). Use is limited to account access/security. See your provider’s policy for their practices/controls.

6. International transfers §

We may transfer, store, and process information in countries other than your own, including where our providers or affiliates operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

7. Data retention §

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here (e.g., account servicing, security, legal compliance). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. If immediate deletion isn’t feasible (e.g., backups), we securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

8. Minors §

We do not knowingly collect or market to individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it and disable the account. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, contact us at support@corino.ai.

9. Your privacy rights §

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these by contacting us or using our data subject access request form.

Withdrawing consent: Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This won’t affect lawful processing already performed.

Account controls: You can review/update your account in settings. On request to close the account, we deactivate it and delete or de-identify data we no longer need, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Do-Not-Track §

No uniform DNT standard has been adopted, so we do not respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted, we will update this notice.

11. Updates to this notice §

We may update this notice to stay compliant with laws and practices. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or prominent in-product message).

Third-party AI reminder: When enabled features use providers like Gemini/Veo, your prompts, files, and output may be sent to those services to generate results. We ask providers not to use your data to train publicly available models; still, their independent privacy terms may apply. Don’t submit confidential/sensitive info you don’t want processed by third-party systems.
